How it all started
During the garage box project in Breda, Blom International also launched a new development: Project Tamboer in Apeldoorn. This project consists of an apartment complex with more than 200 residential units. They had full confidence that we could help generate additional leads for this project as well.
What are we doing now?
For this project, we produced content, branding, advertisements, and graphic design to ensure a professional and attractive presentation for potential buyers. This resulted in a significant increase in performance, reaching 350 inquiries within one week, compared to just 14 in the weeks before.
What is our goal?
With the current number of more than 600 inquiries, the project is still performing very strongly. Our goal is to fully sell out the entire apartment complex, with a current focus on the higher-end segment units.
